C&Z GLOBAL generally does not monitor the content of messages offered directly to our customers via Pivot and CME Direct where a C&Z GLOBAL representative is not an active participant within the communication.

Retention
We will keep Personal Data received under this Privacy Policy in line with our internal retention policy. Generally, this means we will retain such information for 2 years from last contact. Any Personal Data retained by C&Z GLOBAL will be retained in a protected environment and access to it will be restricted to only those persons who need to know such information.

Access to or Deletion Accession to or Deletion of Your Information
You may request from us certain information about you including, not limited to, any information you have provided to us upon registration for various services.
