This Agreement is a contract between you and C&Z GLOBAL Advisors LLC and each of its subsidiaries and affiliates, (collectively known and referred to below as “C&Z GLOBAL” or “we” or “us”), and applies only to this Site and the other Sites, but to third parties’ sites that may be accessible from or linked to this Site or the Sites. We are responsible only for the content of our own Sites. We encourage you to review the user agreements of all other sites that you visit.

C&Z GLOBAL may change this Agreement from time to time, at our sole discretion. If we make any substantial changes in this Agreement, we may notify you by reasonable means, including by posting a prominent announcement on our home page. The Sites features logos, brand identities and other trademarks and service marks (collectively, the "Marks") that are the property of or are licensed to C&Z GLOBAL. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Sitese are the trademarks of their respective owners.

As our Site indicates, we welcome your questions about us and our and services. Please be advised that any comments, suggestions, ideas or any other information that you send to us through our Site (collectively, your “User Information”) may not be treated as confidential. You hereby grant, and agree to grant, to C&Z GLOBAL an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully-paid, royalty-free, transferrable license to access, view, display, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, store, host, cache, maintain, modify, distribute, and otherwise use and exploit your User Information in any manner, provided that it is in accordance with the Privacy Notice. You also grant C&Z GLOBAL the right to sub-license these rights through multiple tiers, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

Third Party Content
Much of the content on the Sites is produced by users, publishers, and other third parties and is not controlled by C&Z GLOBAL. Emails, Notices, Announcements, Newsletters
If you have subscribed or consented to receive communications from C&Z GLOBAL, we may contact you by phone, text, mail or email, as applicable, related to company services, announcements and newsletters, sales and marketing communications, and when applicable, service announcements pertaining to system maintenance or disruptions.

Unsubscribe/changing your mailing preferences
You have the ability to opt-out of C&Z GLOBAL communications at any time. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless C&Z GLOBAL, its managing members, licensors, officers, directors, employees, agents, trustees, subsidiaries, parent companies and affiliates (the “Indemnitees”) from and against all third party complaints, charges, claims, losses, expenses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to: (a) your access to or use of the Sites and (b) your breach of this Agreement, in each case unless caused by such Indemnitee’s misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud.

Waiver and Severability
No waiver by C&Z GLOBAL of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of C&Z GLOBAL to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent possible such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or C&Z GLOBAL. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the Sites. We also may terminate this Agreement, in our sole discretion, at any time and may do so immediately and without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Sites. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: No Offer or Advice; Forward-Looking Statements and Past Performance; Ownership; Submissions; Third Party Content; Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity; Governing Law; and Miscellaneous.
