Mr. Cramer has been extremely active in the academic environment, teaching as Adjunct Professor of Masters of Business Taxation courses at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles (1982-1984); MBA courses in International Business and International Marketing, at Georgetown University, Washington DC (1991-1998), and MBA courses in international trade (with Gov Jon Huntsman, currently U.S. Ambassador in Russia), at the University of Utah (2007-2008), and further as Guest Lecturer on international business topics at University of Virginia; Columbia University; University of Maryland; JFK Library, Boston; Bocconi University, Milan (Italy); Brigham Young University; Utah State University; Weber State University; Utah Valley University; Creighton University; Stanford University; National War College; and various Universities in Germany (in German), Holland and Poland as part of State Department's International Lecturer program.
As presidential appointee and sub-cabinet officer in Reagan and Bush administrations (1984-89), Mr. Cramer spoke dozens of times on international trade topics across the United States and the world. As founding CEO (2006-14), and thereafter as the current Vice Chairman of World Trade Center Utah, he spoke hundreds of times on international business and export promotion issues around Utah and across the country and conceptualized and launched the newsletter ‘Global Utah’. In his capacity as CEO of Colliers Utah, Mr. Cramer launched the highly-regarded magazine ‘Advisors’ and has spoken in multiple CRE Industry occasions, events and venue, including but not limited to Colliers Utah, annual signature event, Elevating Commercial Real Estate.

In addition to his intense professional engagements as CEO of C&Z GLOBAL Advisors Mr. Zini is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer at academic and professional events, venues and executive educational programs, as well as author/coauthor of articles and commentaries. He has also committed his professional experience to the academic world, teaching continually, until 2011, as an adjunct and/or associate faculty, (a) International Business Culture and Global Financial Markets at the Department of Communication, Economics & Information of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy; (b) Global Corporate Finance at the Department of Finance of the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah (‘UofU’); (c) Sustainability and International Culture related classes at the UofU’s College of Social & Behavioral Sciences; and (d) Sustainability Strategy for the MBA Program of the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business at Westminster College. Among other academic institutions and EDOs where Mr. Zini has presented in a guest lecturer capacity, the UofU’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business and Center for the Studies of Europe, Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, Neumont University, the International Section of the Utah State Bar Association, World Trade Center Utah, and Rocky Mountain World Trade Center Institute.
